Auto Accident Insurance
If you were in a car accident and had a valid auto insurance policy at the time of the accident, in Florida you are entitled to PIP (Personal Injury Protection) of up to $10,000 to provide you with medical coverage for the injuries sustained in the automobile accident. Regardless who was at fault, you are entitled to the medical coverage if you suffered injuries deemed medically necessary.
*In Florida you only have 14 days to be seen by a licensed physician to receive your auto insurance medical benefits.
